इलाहाबाद। प्रदेश में 72,825 सहायक अध्यापकों के चयन और नियुक्ति के मामले में मंगलवार को सुनवाई टल गई। प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए और समय दिए जाने की मांग को स्वीकार करते हुए अदालत ने सुनवाई के लिए 27 फरवरी की तिथि नियत की है। मामले की सुनवाई न्यायमूर्ति सुशील हरकौली और न्यायमूर्ति मनोज मिश्र की खंडपीठ कर रही है। पूर्व में न्यायालय ने सहायक अध्यापक भर्ती प्रक्रिया को रोकने को आदेश दिया था। यह रोक अगले आदेश तक प्रभावी रहेगी। प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से अपर महाधिवक्ता सीबी यादव ने कहा कि टीईटी परीक्षा में धांधली के मामले में बरामद हार्ड डिस्क की फोरेंसिक लैब रिपोर्ट अभी प्राप्त नहीं हो सकी है इसलिए जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए और समय दिया जाए। कोर्ट ने उनकी मांग को मंजूर करते हुए सुनवाई के लिए 27 फरवरी की तिथि नियत की है।
