BETET : 10 मई से प्रारंभिक शिक्षकों के द्वितीय चरण का नियोजन
पटना : राज्य में करीब 1.42 लाख प्रारंभिक शिक्षकों के प्रथम चरण की नियोजन प्रक्रिया खत्म हो चुकी है। शिक्षा विभाग के मुताबिक नवनियोजित शिक्षकों की जिलावार जानकारी सभी नियोजन इकाइयों से मांगी गई है। लखीसराय से बड़ी रोचक सूचना मिली है। इस जिले के नौ पंचायतों में शिक्षक नियोजन के लिए एक भी आवेदन नहीं आया है। इस मामले की जांच की जा रही है। पहले चरण में जिन नियोजन इकाइयों में पद रिक्त रह जाएंगे, उसे भरने के लिए आगामी 10 मई से नगर क्षेत्र में द्वितीय चरण की नियोजन प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ होगी।

पटना नगर शिक्षकों के नियोजन का दूसरा चरण 10 मई से शुरू होगा. 10 मई तक पहले चरण की नियोजन प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली जायेगी. इसके बाद जो पद खाली रह जायेंगे, उसकी बहाली शुरू की जायेगी. वहीं दूसरी ओर पंचायत शिक्षकों की बहाली रिपोर्ट भी मिलने लगी है. इसमें लखीसराय जिले में 13 पंचायतों में शिक्षक पद के लिए एक भी आवेदन नहीं मिलने की बात सामने आयी है.

प्राइमरी स्कूलों के बाद अब जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद (डायट) प्रवक्ता के पदों पर भर्ती की तैयारी है। राज्य सरकार इसके लिए उत्तर प्रदेश शिक्षक शिक्षा (प्रवक्ता संवर्ग) सेवा नियमावली बदलने जा रही है।
इसमें प्रवक्ता भर्ती की योग्यता एमए-बीएड के स्थान पर एमए-एमएड और आयु सीमा 21 से 40 वर्ष की जा रही है।

According to NCTE - Qualification for DIET Lecturers are : Post Graduate Degree with minimum 55% marks + M. Ed + Some Experience
However , Now UP Govt is going to increase qualification level to M. Ed for such lecturers.
