Assam Rifles recruitment rally  will be held at Jorhat (Assam), NRS-Jorhat Town from 10 Dec 2012  onwards for enrolment to 356 vacancies (male candidates) of  following posts mentioned against each :-

Post Name : Havildar Clerk

No. of Vacancy: 328 posts
Qualification : (a) 10+2 or equivalent with English & Mathematics

(b) Typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi

Post name : Warrant Officer (PA)
No. of Vacancy : 28 posts
Qualification : (a) 10+2 or equivalent with English & Mathematics.
(b)    Short hand speed 80 words per minute and typing speed 40 words per minute.

Application Fee : Rs.50/- (No fee for SC/ST) by means of Bank Draft in favour of the Directorate General Assam Rifles payable at SBI DGAR, Shillong, Code No. 7338.
